In my opinion, the flowers were fresh and the delivery went smoothly, so that part was definitely fine. But to me, the arrangement didn’t really look as full as the picture on the website. The colors were mostly the same, but it felt smaller than I expected. Overall, it was okay, just not exactly what I had pictured.

i sent these flowers for a birthday, and unfortunately the person who received them wasn’t very excited. the bouquet looked smaller than i expected, and a few of the flowers already seemed a little worn out. for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it, and it made the gift feel kind of awkward.

I’ve ordered from rockcastleflorist a couple of times now. The flowers did show up, so that’s good, but one order arrived later than I expected and the updates were slow. The flowers themselves were okay overall, but when you’re sending flowers, don’t you kind of expect the timing and communication to be solid? I just wish the whole experience felt a bit more dependable.

They kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. It was a good experience overall, and I felt like I wasn’t left wondering what was going on.

I didn’t feel very welcomed when I reached out. The staff seemed a bit short with me and not all that helpful, which made the whole thing frustrating!! Maybe it was just an off day, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again...

I was having a bit of a moment with my order, you know when you think something will take forever and you’re already planning for the worst, but they helped me out really quickly. it was way easier than I expected. Super appreciated.

I was disappointed when it arrived because it looked nothing like the photo. I expected it to match the pictures at least somewhat, but in person it was completely different.

The fees ended up showing up later than I expected, which was a little annoying. I thought I had everything figured out, then suddenly there they were. Not the end of the world, but kind of like when you find a surprise charge on a receipt after already putting your wallet away. Anyway, it would’ve been nicer if they were clearer upfront...

The bouquet showed up already looking a bit wilted, and by the next morning most of the petals had turned brown. It didn’t feel fresh at all, which was really disappointing. On top of that, I kept getting aggressive reminder messages, which just made the whole experience more annoying

I ordered one style, but the flowers they swapped in felt a lot cheaper and the colors weren’t even close. I get that substitutions happen sometimes, but this wasn’t nothing like what I picked. Disappointing overall.

It only lasted about three days, which is really disappointing. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them and expecting it to hold up better. Definitely not what I was hoping for
